An entire apartment located 900 meters from the historic center of Modena, reachable in a 14-minute walk. It’s situated in the brand-new Parco della Creatività neighborhood, completely renovated and featuring an underground parking lot beneath the square, the new Teatro delle Passioni, the Open Laboratory, and other service and residential structures in a mix of modern architecture and post-industrial recovery.
“There are 6 beds available, distributed across two themed bedrooms and a living room: the Pavarotti Room, the Ferrari Room, and the Flavors Lounge.
In addition to the bathroom with a shower, there’s a super modern and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is very bright and furnished with a wall unit and fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like home.
Our amenities include air conditioning, fiber Wi-Fi, a kettle, ironing board and iron, free parking inside the house courtyard or in the ultra-modern parking lot in front of the entrance. We’re on the 3rd floor without an elevator, but we’ll give you a hand, see you at check-in!”
“The location is ideal for visiting the historic center of Modena and the attractions of the province and the region. The surroundings are rich in restaurants and bars where you can taste the typical specialties of Emilian cuisine, one of the best in the world: we’ll give you tips and directions for unforgettable dinners and lunches. Just a few steps away, you’ll also find the Albinelli Market, where you can buy typical products of our region, and the Casa Enzo Ferrari Museum, dedicated to the historic founder of the Ferrari racing team. We are a family-run establishment and we speak English.”
“Modena train station is accessible in a 10-minute taxi ride or a 30-minute walk, during which you can visit the Ducal Palace of Modena, Piazza Grande, a UNESCO World Heritage Site including the Ghirlandina, the Civic Tower, and the Modena Cathedral, one of the tallest examples of Romanesque architecture in the world.
Modena is centrally located in the Italian transportation system:
One of the reasons to visit our city is to experience and taste the famous Emilian cuisine. Perhaps you’d like to learn how to cook tortellini, tortelloni, lasagna, or tagliatelle al ragù, or simply enjoy the variety of cured meats (prosciutto crudo and cotto, salami, coppa, ciccioli, mortadella) along with tigelle and gnocco fritto—a unique experience you won’t forget. Additionally, in just a 12-minute walk, you can reach Osteria Francescana by Massimo Bottura, the chef whose kitchen brigade won The World’s 50 Best Restaurant award for two consecutive years, among many other accolades. You might even encounter him while he selects ingredients at Albinelli Market, the temple of Modenese cuisine, a covered market located in the heart of the city, where you can meet the soul of the city—people passionate about food, motors, and classical music. In the rooms of our apartment, you’ll find images of all the finest Modenese products: balsamic vinegar, Parmigiano-Reggiano, prosciutto crudo, and tortellini, keeping you company even as you sleep!
Another reason to stay in Modena is to immerse yourself in classical music. A visit to the Luciano Pavarotti House Museum is essential for all enthusiasts of the Maestro, as is a greeting to his statue located outside the Pavarotti Theater, right in the historic center. In our apartment, we’ve created a themed room with an early 20th-century piano that will keep you company during your Modenese nights.
But Modena’s passion doesn’t stop there: we’re in the Motor Valley, where you can visit the MEF Museo Enzo Ferrari in Modena and, with a single ticket that includes transfer, the Ferrari Museum in Maranello. This is where the myth of the world’s most beautiful cars was born and raised—the red ones that ignite the passions of millions because, as Enzo said:
“Ask a child to draw a car, and he’ll make it red!”
Just a few kilometers away, you’ll also find Maserati, Lamborghini, Ducati, Pagani, and other historic motor brands, as well as several private museums open to the public, such as the Stanguellini Museum and the Umberto Panini Collection, a Modenese surname famous worldwide thanks to the collectible stickers that still captivate millions of people worldwide. Even in our apartment, you’ll find plenty of ‘Ferrari’: books, photos, and images that recall the achievements of the prancing horse, in a unique atmosphere you won’t forget.
